I love this tropical smoothie bowl in summer, it is absolutely refreshing and the tropical taste really gives me this amazing holiday feeling. The bananas and mango make it so sweet and topped with blueberries and pineapple you get this super tasty acid-sweet contrast.
Oranges are loaded with Vitamin C (1), are incredibly good in preventing skin damage, and are a immune booster. Mangoes promote healthy gut, boost immunity as well, and are filled with vitamins that are crucial for healthy skin. So these fruits combined are a great cocktail for both, your immune system and your skin.

Yield: 2 smoothie bowls

Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1 orange
1 cup frozen mango
½ -1 cup coconut water or vegetable milk *
Toppings
Pineapple and mango chunks
Shredded coconut
Chia seeds
Blueberries and Goji berries
Directions
1. Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor until you reach the desired texture. If you prefer it thinner add a little more coconut water/vegetable milk. For a thicker one add less liquid
2. Divide into 2 bowls
3. Add any topping you want!
By the way…
Better consumed fresh and immediately after served.
