This strawberry-orange smoothie bowl makes an amazing breakfast. It is so filling, fresh and delicious and you can put all the variations you want: whenever I have granola I just add it in for an extra crunch. I use to make it on the weekends when I feel like something fresh but more consistent than a smoothie.
Berries are super healthy (1) so this is a great way of incorporating them in your diet.

By the way
*Leave the nuts out for a nut-free version.
Remember that you can use other combinations of fruits, other amounts of liquid, you can omit the oatmeal if you do not like it, play with the amounts, and with the different fruits until you get the flavor that you like the most.
Depending on how juicy the fruits are sometimes the consistency is a little bit more liquid than I like it, so is always better to start with less liquid and add if the texture is too thick, but you can really play with it depending on your taste, I like it rather thick 🙂
