Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

I normally add as toppings anything I find in my pantry or fridge: granola, roasted honey almonds, dark chocolate, more fruit or berries, hemp seeds… You can literally use anything here, the more textures and flavours the better.

This raspberry smoothie bowl is simply amazing. Raspberries are very healthy fruits, packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber (1) They fight inflammation and have multiple health benefits. Eating raspberries as often as possible is a delicious way of adding all their benefits to your diet. This bowl is incredibly sweet and creamy and makes an amazing breakfast especially for hot days.

If you prefer an even fresher and thinner version check out my berry smoothie, great for summer hot days and delicious.

Let’s go!
Gluten-free, nut-free, sugar-free, Vegan

Ingredients
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 frozen bananas
1/4-1/2 cup almond milk

Toppings
Chopped almonds
Banana coins
Chia seeds
More berries!

Directions
1. Add the raspberries and bananas to a food processor or high-speed blender and blend stopping to add the almond milk until you get the consistency you like.
2. Serve in 2 bowls and top with your desired toppings.

By the way
You can freeze this smoothie bowl for about 2 weeks and let thaw before serving but I don’t quite like the consistency, so as it takes 5 min I always eat it fresh.
You can use any toppings you like. When I have granola I also serve it with it and it adds a delicious crunch!
You can also use any kind of berry instead of raspberries or even mixed berries.
