Let’s go!
Gluten-free*, nut-free*, sugar-free, vegan
Yield: 2 servings
Time: 10 min
Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml) vegetable milk
1 cup (200 gr) vegetable yogurt
4 Tbsp (20 gr) pure cocoa
1 pinch salt
2 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup (100 gr) rolled oats (check they are gluten-free, for a gluten-free version)
2 Tbsp (30 ml) almond butter
2 tsp vanilla essence
6-8 dates
Toppings
Roasted almonds
Sliced banana
Chunks of dark chocolate or cocoa nibs.
Grated coconut
Chia seeds
Almond butter
Directions
1. Put all the ingredients in a Vitamix or blender until you get a creamy texture. For a thinner texture add a little more vegetable milk, for a thicker one add more oats.
2. Fill it with toppings: fruits, nuts/seeds, almond butter, coconut, dark chocolate… and eat immediately.
By the way…
Get creative with the toppings, you can add chia, hemp seeds, nuts, flax seeds, my homemade granola…
If you do not want to use raspberry, you can change for other frozen fruits (mango, strawberry, banana …)
