This healthy sugar-free brownies are such a healthy and energetic snack that I use to make it every second week, it is perfect post workout or to take on the go.
They are incredibly filling and sweet thanks to the dates, which are super nutritious, full of fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (1).
Another brownie recipe I love is my gluten-free almond flour brownies, in case you want to try a different one, I love both of them, so I alternate them, depending on what I feel like eating in the moment 🙂 The good thing is that they are both gluten-free and incredibly nutritious.

Remember you can just make it plain, or add any other toppings. You can also serve it with fresh fruits like berries for a lighter version, or with some vanilla ice cream for a super yummy one.
