1.5 cups (150 gr) rolled oats
2 medium bananas
1/4 cup (40 gr) chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180C and prepare your baking tray with parchment paper.
- In your blender or food processor pulse your rolled oats. Do not make flour, just break down slightly the oats.
- Mash the bananas in a bowl and add in the oats gently.
- Add in the chocolate chips and fold.
- Form cookies with your hands and place them in your baking tray.
- Bake for about 15 min until golden. Let them cool before transfering to a cooling rack.

- These GF 3 ingredients banana cookies are perfect for meal prep, to add to your bento box as a healthy snack or grab and go breakfast. However I would try to eat them in the first 2 days as they harden a little bit after the second day. They really are amazing warm and right out of the oven.
- You can leave out the chocolate chips and add almonds, cranberries or peanuts for example.
