This is all your are going to need. If you have quick oats you can use them directly you won’t need to pulse them in your blender first.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups (150 gr) rolled oats

  • 2 medium bananas

  • 1/4 cup (40 gr) chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 180C and prepare your baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In your blender or food processor pulse your rolled oats. Do not make flour, just break down slightly the oats.
  • Mash the bananas in a bowl and add in the oats gently.
  • Add in the chocolate chips and fold.
  • Form cookies with your hands and place them in your baking tray.
  • Bake for about 15 min until golden. Let them cool before transfering to a cooling rack.

  • By the way…
  • These GF 3 ingredients banana cookies are perfect for meal prep, to add to your bento box as a healthy snack or grab and go breakfast. However I would try to eat them in the first 2 days as they harden a little bit after the second day. They really are amazing warm and right out of the oven.
  • You can leave out the chocolate chips and add almonds, cranberries or peanuts for example.
