Easiest Pumpkin Spiced Latte

1 cup almond milk
3 Tbsp pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of allspice
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 shot espresso
Coconut whipped cream
Nutmeg
Directions
- Prepare your coffee and set aside.
- Add the milk to a saucepan and bring to a light simmer. Add in the rest of the ingredients, just not the coffee. Whisk until well incorporated.
- Add coffee and whisk.
- Serve with whipped coconut cream and nutmeg on top.
