After digging I came across this amazing recipe by Clean and Delicious and finally it worked! So thank you Dani for your great tips!

200 gr strawberries
80 gr dark chocolate (you can use any other)
1 Tbsp avocado oil (or vegetable oil)
Directions
- Dry very well your strawberries after washing them otherwise the chocolate will slip.
- Prepare a tray with parchment paper.
- Prepare your double boiler. Take a small saucepan and a bowl. Add a couple of cm of water to your saucepan. The bowl you have chosen has to fit in the saucepan but can’t touch the water at the bottom of the saucepan.
- Break your chocolate into small chunks and add it to the bowl together with the avocado/vegetable oil.
- Bring the water to a boil and reduce to a simmer and place the bowl into the saucepan.
- Stir the chocolate until is melted and remove the bowl from the saucepan.
- Now take your strawberries and dip one at a time into the melted chocolate and place it on the baking sheet. Let sit for 5 min at room temperature and then take transfer them (in the same baking tray) to the fridge for at least 30 min.

Notes
- By the way…
- Before consuming them always let them at room temperature for about 10 min so that the chocolate softens a little bit. I like to keep them in an airtight container always in the fridge (they last perfectly fine for about 3 days), so they are perfect for meal prep.
- If you have liked this chocolate covered strawberries and you are a strawberry lover as I am, you definitely have to try this vibrant berries and chocolate smoothie bowl.
