I’m Noe and I have always been passionate about nutrition and its incredible relationship with health, wellness, and emotional and mental balance.

My journey through the fascinating world of food began years ago. After trying a multitude of types of diets, consulting with nutritionists and health experts, and exploring what kinds of practices work for me and allow me to feel energized and healthy, I have decided to share my favorite recipes and my lifestyle that is based on seeking vitality, energy and well-being through diet, sports, and healthy habits.

The objective of Bring Up Berries is very simple: to live a full and balanced life incorporating habits, disciplines, and foods with which your well-being, performance, personal growth, energy, and emotional health improve day by day, without sacrificing the pleasure of making simple and delicious meals, avoiding restrictive and dangerous diets that promote anxiety, lack of self-esteem, insecurity, and disease.

The recipes that I use are 100% plant-based, healthy, loaded with fruits, legumes, and vegetables, and generally light. The vast majority are gluten-free, easy to prepare, and above all, delicious! But since we shouldn’t forget that it is not the poison but the dose, I have also decided to dedicate a section to recipes, the Yummy Desserts that are to be made and enjoyed from time to time, for those special occasions that we all deserve!

You will find all kinds of recipes. All of them are 100% plant-based and packed with nutrients, vitamins, antioxidants, minerals… just healthy stuff!

We will talk about aspects that you probably have not put into practice because you have not heard about them, or because you do not have the correct information. We will develop strategies to avoid bad habits that often prevent us from reaching our goals, we will find a way to stay consistent and motivated every step of the way.

3 MONTHLY CHALLENGES
That will increase our well-being and self-esteem, adding a touch of fun and challenge, that will boost our personal growth, and with which we will gradually get used to being able to make better decisions in our day-to-day.
