If not for its powerful benefits just drink it for its flavour, it is seriously delicious. Is one of these drinks that the first time you try it you are not sure if you like it or not and the more you drink it the more you like it, until you see yourself doing it weekly.
I try to drink every week anti inflammatory drinks, like my immune carrot and orange juice which is refreshing and perfect for summer or hot days.

Gluten-free, nut-free, sugar-free, vegan
Yield: 2 cups
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup vegetable milk
1 cup full fat coconut milk
1 tsp turmeric
1 teaspoon cinnamon or cinnamon stick
1 pinch black pepper
¼ teaspoon ginger powder
3-5 seeded dates (depends on how sweet you like it) You can also use 1-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup instead.
Directions
1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until everything is well combined.
2. Transfer it to a small saucepan and keep stirring while heating over medium heat for 5 min. Do not bring to a boil.
3. Serve warm with a bit of cinnamon on top or unsweetened cocoa powder.
By the way…
If you don’t have dates you can substitute for 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey instead.
