1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup plant-based milk
1/4 cup plant-based yogurt
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp almond/peanut butter
1/4 cup frozen blueberries/raspberries
1 scoop vegan protein powder
Fresh raspberries (topping)

1 Tbsp chopped almonds (topping)

Directions

These will keep 3 to 4 days in an airtight container in the fridge. I usually make just 3 at once as after the third day the texture is not as good.
